We provide shipping services to the contiguous 48 U.S. States through FedEx! Our shipping rates are fixed for items not designated as 28 mm, Alpha 28, or Platforms while these are determined by weight and calculated during checkout. Kindly note our processing duration of 3-5 business days. Upon shipment, an email containing your tracking details will be sent. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. In cases where an order is returned due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer, we'll reach out to confirm the correct details and arrange a reshipment at the customer's expense. If there's no response within 14 days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost. Please note, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. Return Policy
