We are excited to offer worldwide shipping! Our shipping prices are based on weight and destination, and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that our processing time is 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country's customs department. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the order at the customer's expense. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have any concerns about the safety of your package, we recommend adding signature confirmation at checkout.
